Hi there, I’m Emma!
I'm a Bristol-based graphic designer working across events, branding and editorial design. Mostly for arts, publishing and cultural clients, and lately more for hospitality and sustainability-led businesses too.
I got into events through local awards ceremonies, then ended up doing bigger and bigger ones. What's kept me there is getting to stand in the room and watch it all come together, whether that's a stage backdrop, a trade stand, or just a stack of brochures doing their job. There's something about seeing it happen in real life that never gets old.
These days it's a mix of full-service event design, print, digital, video and social from start to finish, alongside branding, art direction and editorial work for publishers and sustainability-focused businesses. I've worked with the Wainwright Prize, The Sports Book Awards, The Irish Book Awards, The Carnegies, Volans, Outsourced Events and ServiceNow, among others.
Born and bred in the South West, now settled in Bristol. I genuinely think this city has the best creative scene going, there's an incredible creative community wherever you look, and I don't take that for granted!
